Payment Instructions

Thank you for choosing InstantPlanner! In order to see for how long your license is valid, go to InstantPlanner's Help menu and click either Order License or Activate License. It is recommended that you renew the license 15-30 days before it expires to avoid having a period without a valid version of InstantPlanner. The remaining subscription period will be added to the new license. Read the chapter Order a License for InstantPlanner below to find out how you renew your InstantPlanner license.

When there are only 10 days remaining of your subscription, you will receive a message informing you that the license soon will expire. Once the license has expired the License Handling dialog will appear whenever you try to open the program. At this point, a license key must be entered to activate your license before you can continue using InstantPlanner. You receive a license key when you order a new license. In the License Handling dialog choose if you wish to order a license or activate a license.

Order a License for InstantPlanner

InstantPlanner is available through a 12 months subscription only. To order one or several license(-s) for InstantPlanner clickOrder License in the Help menu to start the Order License wizard, which will guide you through the process of ordering a license for InstantPlanner. The wizard includes the following steps:

  1. Company Details: Enter the requested information concerning your company. For clients within the European Union (EU): to avoid VAT payment, select the check box VAT Number and submit your VAT number. Click the Next button to continue.

  2. License Information: Enter the user's name, e-mail and license code for every license you order. Copy your own license code by clicking the Copy License Code icon next to the license code in the upper part of the Order License dialog. Click the Next button to continue.

  3. Payment Method: Register your credit card information online. When you register online you will be transferred to an Internet page to complete your order when you click the Next button.

 

When we have received your order and payment we will distribute the license key(-s) by e-mail. When you receive your license key you have to verify your license. Read how this is done in Verifying a License for InstantPlanner below.

Figure 1 shows the security code marked with a red circle.

 

If your InstantPlanner license already has expired the License Handling dialog is displayed when you try to access InstantPlanner. Select the option Order a license to order a new license and click Next. The Order License wizard described above then appears.

 

Note:

  • InstantPlanner will not store any card information or send any card information over the Internet.

  • The security code number is required for a “Card Holder Not Present” purchase and was introduced 2001 as a further layer of security. Configura Sverige AB cannot approve any purchase without the security code number.

  • If you do not wish to use the built-in dialog, there is a Subscription Order PDF document on our website www.instantplanner.com/pri.html.

  • If you do not have the license code for each user you are ordering an InstantPlanner license for, each individual user will have to send their name, e-mail address and license code to support@instantplanner.com.

Verifying a License for InstantPlanner

Once you have received your license key from Configura Sverige AB, go to InstantPlanner's Help menu and click Activate License. Enter your license key in the License Key field and click the Verify button to activate your InstantPlanner license.

 

If your InstantPlanner license already has expired the License Handling dialog is displayed when you try to access InstantPlanner. Select the option Activate a license to activate your license and click Next. The Activate License dialog appears. Enter your license key in the License Key field and click the Verify button to activate your InstantPlanner license.

Transferring a License for InstantPlanner

If you would like to transfer an existing license from one computer to another, please send an email to license@instantplanner.com and provide the license code. Make sure you attach the license code from the new installation, i.e. the one from the new computer.       

 

Note:

  • When contacting for transferring your license, at a certain point, you will be asked to click the button Disable Current License. Before that, do not select this option.

  • Make sure not to lose any information - copy/export the databases and the pick lists that you have created already.
